Salsa Verde


3 cups mixed fresh herbs (basil, chives, dill, parsley)

1 tablespoon capers

1 tablespoon mustard

2 anchovy fillets

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1/2 cup olive oil


Make salsa by combining herbs, capers, mustard, anchovies and vinegar in a food processor, finely chop and add oil.

Or,if you don't have a food processor,finely chop all ingredients,add oil and mix well.
