Walnut Sauce
Ingredients
8 ozs. mandrin oranges
8 oz. finely chopped walnuts
grated nutmeg to taste
finely chopped parsley
Directions
Use food processor to liquidize oranges and place in saucepan along with walnuts and nutmeg.
Bring to boil and simmer just til thickened.
Pour over cooked meat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
