Cheddar Ham Chowder


Ingredients


2 cup water

2 cup potatoes-peeled and cubed

1/2 cup carrots-sliced

1/2 cup celery-sliced

1/4 cup onion-chopped

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 cup butter

1/4cup flour

2 cup milk

2 cup cheddar cheese-shredded

1 16oz whole kernel corn-drained

1 1/2 cup ham-cooked and cubed


Directions

Add the salt,pepper,potatoes,carrots,celery and onion to the 2 cup water and cook til veggies are tender,then remove from heat.

Melt the butter and blend in the flour in a large pan.

Add the milk all at once.

Cook,stirring constantly,til thick and bubbly.

Add the cheese and stir til cheese has melted.

Stir in the undrained veggies,corn and ham.

Heat through,stirring occasionally.
