Baked Hominy and Cheese


1 egg

2 large cans white or yellow hominy-rinsed and drained

12 oz velveeta cheese-cubed

3/4 cup milk

1/2 onion-chopped

3 strips bacon,cooked and crumbled

1 tbsp butter-melted

1/4 tsp pepper

Parsley for garnish


In a large bow,beat the egg.

Stir in the remaining ingredients,mix well and spoon into a greased baking dish.

Bake,uncovered,at 350 for 45 minutes or til hot and bubbly and top begins to brown.

Sprinkle with parsley and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
