Chili Relleno Casserole


Ingredients


2 C. half & half

4 eggs

2/3 C. flour

6 lg. cans whole green chilis

1# Shredded Jack cheese

1 C. Salsa

1/2 C. Cilantro


Directions

Mix eggs, half & half and flour.

Alternate layers of chilis, cheese and egg mixture ending with cheese.

Top with salsa and cilantro.

Bake 375 for 1 hour.

Serve with corn tortillas lightly toasted in the oven.
