Potato Casserole


Ingredients


3 lb potatoes

1 lb velveeta cheese-cubed

1 cup onion-chopped

2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 lb bacon-cooked and crumbled


Directions

Cook potatoes in boiling,salted water til just tender.

Drain,cool then peel and cut in cubes.

In a large baking dish,combine the potatoes with the cheese,mayo,onion and 1/2 of the bacon.

Sprinkle the remaining bacon over the top.

Bake at 350 for 50 min or til top begins to brown.
