Ranch Mix


Ingredients


2 Tbsp dried parsley

1 Tbsp dried chives

2 Tsp garlic powder

2 Tsp onion powder

1 Tbsp dried minced onion (optional)

1 Tbsp dried dill

1 Tsp black pepper (or cracked peppercorns)

1/2 Tsp Cayenne (optional)


Use for variations

1/2 cup dry buttermilk powder

1/4 cup EVVO


Directions


Mix all spices together in a lidded jar and mix well

Store in fridge for up to three months

Use as desired to season salads, soups, stews and on roasts

For variations

1. Add the buttermilk powder and EVVO to a package of oyster crackers and bake at 250 degree for 20 min stirring once or twice. Let cool and serve as a snack

2. Add the buttermilk powder to 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup mayo for a fresh salad dressing.

3. Add the buttermilk powder, sour cream (or yogurt) with 1-2 Tbsp for a veggie or chip dip. Using as much milk to create your desired consistency
