Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients
2 cakes yeast(2 packets or about 2-3 tsp)
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 cup butter
6 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs-beaten
4 1/2 cup flour
1 cup raisins
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp cinnamon

Directions
Dissolve the yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water.
Combine the yeast,butter,brown sugar,salt and milk.
Beat in the eggs,flour and raisins.
Turn out onto floured surface and knead til satiny smooth.
Place in a greased bowl,turning once to coat.
Cover,place in a warm place and let rise til double in size.
Knead again and roll out to desired thickness.
Mix the sugar and cinnamon together.
Sprinkle 2/3 of the cinnamon/sugar over the dough.
Roll up dough and place in a greased loaf pan.
Cover and let rise again.
Place pats of butter over top of loaf and then sprinkle on the remaining cinnamon/sugar mixture.
Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes.
