Sour Cream Cornbread
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg-beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup milk
2 tbsp butter-melted
2 tbsp pimento-chopped
1 tsp onion flakes
Directions
Combine the flour,cornmeal,baking powder and salt in a bowl.
Stir in the egg,sour cream,milk,melted butter,pimento and onion flakes.
Mix just til moistened.
Pour into greased naking pan.
Bake at 400 for 20-25 min or til bread tests done.
Best served hot with lots of butter.
