Quick and EZ Fudge
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 cup mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup nuts-chopped
1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Combine the butter,milk,sugar and salt in a heavy sauce pan and bring to a boil over med-high heat.
Boil for 4-5 min,stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add in the marshmallows,chips,nuts and vanilla.
Stir until the chips and marshmallows are completely melted.
Pour into a buttered 8x8 inch pan.
Cool and cut into squares.
*Note:For variety,use 2 cup butterscotch or 1 1/2 cup mint chocolate chips instead of the plain chips.
