Lobster Newberg


Ingredients


2 cups diced lobster meat

1 Tbsp lemon juice

salt and pepper to taste

3 Tbsp butter

1 cup of a medium white sauce

1 egg- well beaten

paprika


Directions


Combine the egg,butter,white sauce and seasonings.

Cook in top of double boiler for 10 min.

Add the lobster and heat thoroughly..

Stir in the lemon juice.

Pour into serving dish and sprinkle with paprika
