Herb and Nut Crusted Tenderloin
Ingredients
2 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
2 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
2 Tbsp copped fresh thyme
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
olive oil
2 1/2-1 lb pork tenderloins
Directions
Combine the herbs with the salt,pepper and mac nuts.
Rub the loins with olive oil and then roll in the herb mix.
Preheat oven to 450 deg ,roast meat for 15 min and then decrease temp to 375 deg.
Continue roasting until tenderloin is at the stage you prefer (rare,medium or well done).
