Potato Sausage Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb sausage
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup onion-chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cup potatoes-sliced
2 cup cheddar cheese-shredded
Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions
In a skillet,brown the sausage,drain and set aside.
Combine the soup,milk,onion,salt and pepper.
In a greased casserole dish,layer ingredients in this order,1/2 of the potatoes,1/2 of the soup mix then 1/2 of the sausage.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes,soup and end with the sausage.
Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour ot til potatoes are tender.
Sprinkle on the cheese.
Return to the oven and bake,uncovered,for 5 min. or til cheese is melted.
Garnish with the parsley.
